Facial Yoga for a Toned Face
Girls admire celebrities and the first thing that catches attention is their face. How to get a toned face? Facial yoga is the answer for all such admirers. Some simple steps for beginners are
- Smile wide
Smile as hard as you can and hold that position for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times and proceed to the second step.
- Fish pout
Make a face like a fish, as you do for selfies! Hold that way for 15 seconds and release. Do this step 5 times and go to the next one.
- The OO-EEE face
Make an ‘O’ shape from your lips and then gradually make an ‘E’ sound, your lips will extend to the sides. Repeat this step 10 times. This exercise is for a prominent jaw line.
- Stick out your tongue
This is not a trap! Stick your tongue out and keep it there for 15 seconds. Then get to a normal position and repeat this process 5 times.
For higher cheekbones, sit straight and tighten your face. Look up on the ceiling and make a pout face. Your neck should feel the stretch. Remain like that for 5 seconds and repeat this 10 times. That is all!
